FILE FORM I-526E(1–3 months)

  • •Sign immigration consulting and attorney agreement, select EB-5 project
  • •Transfer investment funds into the project
  • •Submit Form I-526E to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for investment approval

I-526E REVIEW(2–3 years)

  • •USCIS reviews and approves Form I-526E
  • •Receive EB-5 Visa interview invitation from the US Consulate
  • •Attend interview, receive EB-5 immigration visa, enter the US and receive conditional green card (2 years).

FILE FORM I-829(Within 2 years of residency)

  • •File Form I-829 to remove green card conditions
  • •After USCIS approval, the investor and family will receive a permanent green card.

CAPITAL RETURN

  • •The investor receives back the full initial investment capital, along with accumulated interest over the investment period.

PHASE 1
