EB-5 PROGRAM
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was established by the U.S. Congress in 1990 to attract foreign investment, create jobs and stimulate economic growth.
Through a qualifying investment of US$800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), eligible investors, together with their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21, may obtain U.S. permanent residency (Green Cards).
Investors may also become eligible to apply for employment authorization while their immigration application is pending. By meeting the required investment and job creation criteria—including the creation of at least 10 full-time jobs—they can obtain permanent resident status and eventually apply for U.S. citizenship upon satisfying the applicable residency requirements.
PROJECT – AMEYALLI RESORT & RESIDENCES
As part of the seminar, our speakers will provide the latest updates on Ameyalli Resort & Residences, an EB-5 Rural project that has attracted significant interest from investors. Located in Midway, Utah, just minutes from Park City and Deer Valley, Ameyalli Resort & Residences is a luxury wellness resort community spanning more than 28 acres and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. Combining modern architecture with the beauty of nature, the project offers a unique lifestyle experience while presenting an attractive EB-5 investment opportunity.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) that qualifies as a rural area.
- Eligible for the 20% Rural Visa Set-Aside allocation.
- Eligible for USCIS priority processing, subject to applicable program requirements.
- Qualified investors may participate with the US$800,000 EB-5 minimum investment applicable to rural TEA projects.
