Applicants must demonstrate they have received specialized training for at least 2 years (such as tax records, etc.). Occupations eligible under this category include: chefs, cosmetologists, tailors, automotive engineers, marketing specialists, etc.

This visa type does not require any degree or experience. Recipients will immigrate to the US and perform unskilled labor, typically at minimum wage. Examples include: hotel housekeeping, waitstaff, kitchen assistants, factory workers, product packaging.

Evaluate the application and prepare documents suitable for the EB-3 program.
Time: 1 – 2 monthsThe employer submits a Labor Certification application with the US Department of Labor (DOL).
Time: 16 – 18 monthsThe immigration attorney files Form I-140 with USCIS for the applicant and family.
Time: 2 weeks – 12 monthsComplete the immigrant visa application with the NVC.
Prepare documents and attend the immigration interview.
Time: 18 – 24 monthsEnter the US and receive a green card within approximately 60 – 90 days.
